Short clauses, plain words. The publisher is Marketing Doctor LLC, trading here as Hinkson Creek Roofing, and using the site means these apply.
1. The publisher. Marketing Doctor LLC writes these pages, holds the domain and pays for the telephone line. Nobody employed by it will appear at your property.
2. Roofing work. Marketing Doctor LLC carries out no roofing whatsoever. It does not offer work, tender for work, price work, book work or supervise work, and it has no employee who does. Treat no page here as an offer or as a price.
3. Professional advice. None is given. Marketing Doctor LLC is not an adjuster, an insurance agency, a firm of solicitors or a practice of engineers, and reading these pages sets up no professional relationship.
4. The roofing firm. Whoever rings you back is a separate business operating in mid Missouri. Marketing Doctor LLC neither owns it nor directs it, and is not its agent. Every agreement you enter is with that firm alone: their survey, their price, their workmanship, their guarantee, their insurance, and any dispute arising from any of it.
5. Your decision. Nothing here obliges you to proceed. Picking a contractor is yours to do. Get the scope written down, ask the insurer to send the certificate of insurance to you directly, and satisfy yourself the permit was actually pulled.
6. Accuracy. Everything is drawn from public sources, and each permit, code and statute reference shows where it came from and the date somebody read it. Fees rise, departments move, codes get replaced. Check anything that will cost you money, and remember that no page here has looked at your roof.
7. Missouri law. Where the prohibition on paying or rebating a deductible and on inducements to the insured is described, that is a summary of a statute in ordinary language. It is not advice about your situation.
8. Liability. The site comes as it is. So far as Missouri law allows, Marketing Doctor LLC bears no liability for losses arising out of this site, out of what is published on it, or out of work performed by any roofing firm reached through it.
9. Recorded calls. Calls to the number here are recorded and a notice plays beforehand. Remaining on the line is your acceptance. What becomes of the recording is on the privacy page.
